HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
Returns are generally processed within 3 business days of receiving your return
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process refunds.
Generally, orders placed before 2.00pm AEDT each business day are packed and sent the same day providing the payment has cleared with Paypal.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during sale periods. We apologise for the inconvenience!
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email us with your order number.
In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

Can I pick up my items from in store if I buy online?
Yes, although you will still be charged shipping on orders under $100. The shipping amount will then be refunded back to you once you have picked up your item/s instore.Â
Shipping - AustraliaÂ
All purchases over $100 are shipped from Benalla, VIC with Australia Post at no additional charge. Orders under $100 (not including use of promo code) incure a $15 shipping cost.

*Please note: For Western Australia and rural areas, shipping should take 2-7 business days (POSSIBLY LONGER DUE TO COVID-19) . We pack your parcel super-fast, but Australia Post can sometimes experience delays in WA and rural areas of QLD. This doesn't happen very often but we just want to give you a heads up! We entrust Australia Post with your parcel and do everything we can to make sure it gets to you on time - but any delays they experience are, unfortunately, out of our hands.
When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can track your item using the code through AUSPOST. If for some reason your tracking number does not work after a reasonable amount of time for AUSPOST to process your order please contact us through our contact us form.Â
